Land observation satellites

There are different kinds of satellites that observe the land. One company from Scottland named Skyrora that manufactures different types of satellite technology that observe the land and are involved in environmental preservation campaign .

There will be a new LandSat satellite soon launching on an Atlas V 401 Rocket on September 15th.

I also wanna mention that I was pretty much staggered when I`ve read about a special type of land obsrvation satellites. This type of sats is aimed at tracking some rare species of animals and prevent them from being killed by poarchers and in the end become extinct.
